Can I set up automated email follow-ups for specific orders?

Hi

Is it possible to create a email flow for this purpose.

For example a client order a necklace with a heart.

15 days later I’d like to send him automaticely an email where I propose the bracelet with the heart.

Is it possible ?

Hi @elise4 Yeah it possible to send an email automatically with the help of Email Marketing Workflow feature, generally Klaviyo, HubSpot, Omnisend provide workflow to create your flow based on your criteria.

THanks these solutions are not free… there is a new tool in shopify now called “workflow” is it possible to create emails send to customer with this tool ? Thanks

Yes, there may be a way, but you may need a third Party email sender, because the Shopify Email App is not linked already to Shopify flow. there are a couple of apps in the App Store that may help with a free plan available. such as Seguno Email, As you can see, this offers free unlimited send.

we can work on a workflow that checks the bought item, then select a product based on that and then send it.
