Thanks for posting! Can you please share some insights with me about why you’re migrating? I would love to know more.
If you would like to close your store I would suggest you make sure all your data is backed up and saved, in case you would like to re-open at any time. You can do it by a CSV file or by using any one of our backup apps available on the Shopify app store. Many of those steps may be applicable as well for moving your Shopify data to WordPress.
I would also recommend checking out the consider the following details section in Cancel your subscription and close your Shopify store, doc from our Shopify Help Center. This will give you more in depth information that may be applicable to you regarding migrating your store. Aside the above information, WordPress support might be best suited to advise you on how to migrate to their eCommerce platform as we actually have no resources I can share on this. That being said, I did find this help article on setting up a store with them, which may be helpful to consult for your migration.
