because i have went on another store i made and bought a new domnain…can i move it from one shop to another or move a domaine to a new shop?

Firstly, can you please confirm if you were trying to purchase the domain on Shopify? Also, what was the error message that you were seeing? You also asked about moving your current domain from one store to another. Is this a domain that you have purchased on Shopify, or one that you transferred to Shopify from a third-party domain provider? Either way, once the domain is shopify-managed on your store, you can transfer it to another Shopify store, or even transfer it to another provider.
To transfer your domain to your other store you will need to be the Account Owner and logged in to the store the domain is currently on. In the Settings > Domains section of your admin you simply need to click the domain you want to transfer, and then click Transfer domain > Transfer to another Shopify store to begin the transfer process. When you transfer your domain, your email forwarding addresses, DNS records, and subdomains transfer along with the domain. We have some more detailed information that you can refer to here.
