Can I transfer a trial theme to an existing store without losing layout and products?

Hello,

I have an existing store with Shopify. I created a second store to try out a theme. I have modified the trial theme to my liking and would like to migrate it to my existing store.

1- Can I migrate a trial theme under a new store to an existing store?

2- If so, can I do that without losing all the layout, products etc of the trial theme?

Steps
1)Download zip file of your theme which you want to migrate from your store.

2)Upload this zip file into your new Store

Thank you for your quick reply! However, my theme is still under trial. I am assuming I would have to purchase it in order to download it?
