Can I transfer pending Big Cartel orders to a new platform?

Does anyone know if I am able to add my big cartel pending orders to my shopify? I just moved over and would like to close big cartel now?

Unfortunately, there is no direct way to import pending orders from Big Cartel to Shopify. However, you can manually transfer the orders by creating them in Shopify. To do this, you can follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Big Cartel account and go to the Orders section.
  2. Make a note of the order details such as customer information, order items, and shipping details.
  3. Log in to your Shopify store and go to the Orders section.
  4. Click the Create Order button.
  5. Fill in the customer information and order details that you noted from Big Cartel.
  6. Add the order items and any other relevant details.
