I have a Microsoft 365 business account and I was wondering if I can use Outlook to host my Shopify emails (rather than Zoho Mail or Google Workspace).
The email forwarding is OK to receive emails, but when we reply it doesn’t show our Shopify domain name, so it can be confusing for the customer.
Is there a way I can use Outlook for my Shopify domain email? I use it for other domain emails I have on some WordPress websites.
