Hi dear support. I pay for the domain name imahashop.com but i close my shopify store. Is that possible to take this domain name for other site? How i can do that? Thank you

If you haven’t yet closed your Shopify store, you can transfer any Shopify-hosted domains to another provider by following the steps in this help document.
If you have already closed your store, you will need to contact our Support team to transfer your domain away from Shopify. If your account is eligible (with no outstanding bills) our team can provide you temporary access to your store in order to transfer the domain (following the steps in the help doc listed above). I’m not able to provide account-specific support in the Shopify Community, however, if you reach out to our live Support team through the Help Center, they will be able to access your account and assist you with your request.
Once you log in, select the topic you’d like to discuss with the Support Advisor. In your case, click on Store Settings>Domains>Other.
Then scroll down to the bottom of the page, where you should see the ‘Get Support’ section, where you can select your preferred communication channel.
Also, can you tell me why you want to close your store and if you’ve experienced any difficulties? I’d be happy to offer my assistance if you’re having issues.
