Im based in Croatia and I would like to try to sell my products using shopify.
I want to open a company but I want to test the products first.
Is there any payment getaway that doesn’t ask for company and can be used without it?

I can definitely understand the desire to find a payment gateway that requires limited information from your business. Generally speaking though, payment gateways are going to require a business license and some basic registration information before they will allow you to use their gateway.
The reason for this is that the payment gateways have a responsibility to the banks that power them to ensure that they are not processing fraudulent transactions or receiving chargebacks from customers buying your products. Without some basic business info, it is hard for them to guarantee that and the risk level drastically increases.
If you are looking at “testing” out the products you are selling I would consider looking at selling through social media or other channels until you feel confident that this is a business venture you want to move forward with. Creating a store on Shopify is a legitimate business and as soon as you make your first sale you do need to ensure you are following your local legal requirements as a business owner.
