Can I use a virtual office address for payment verification?

Hello there ,

I am living with my friends and the problem is, there isn’t my name on electricity or any other bills, So I do not have any document from where I live for Address verification, however, I found a company , which they provide physical and virtual official offices. Can i use their provided address proof document for payment setting ???

I don’t know for sure, but I wouldn’t recommend it.

If you have a credit card, you should update your address with your bank (to where you’re currently living), and then wait for your next month’s statement. You can probably use the credit card statement (with your new updated address) as proof, if requested from the Shopify Payment’s team.
