can I use the itin number for the Shopify payment??

It sounds as though you’re trying to set up Shopify Payments for use in the USA, is that correct?
If so, you are required to use your SSN or ITIN in full (all 9 digits) as part of your verification process (even where you have an EIN for your business).

You would also be requirement to submit personal and business identification, in order to show your business address and permission to do business in that country.
