Can I use creativehub AND a different local printer/ dropshipper for my own prints?

Topic summary

Main issue: An artist setting up a Shopify store for limited-edition prints wants to use creativehub/theprintspace for EU/US fulfillment (for features like certificates of authenticity and numbered editions) but finds their shipping to Australia/New Zealand too expensive.

Context: More than half of expected orders are in Australia. Creativehub/theprintspace meet needs for COAs and numbering, but regional shipping costs are prohibitive.

Proposed approach: Split fulfillment by region—use a local Australian printer for AU/NZ orders and creativehub/theprintspace for EU/US orders—while maintaining a single limited-edition run (e.g., AU order is 1/20, EU order is 2/20) with consistent numbering and tracking.

Key question: How to manage inventory and synchronize edition numbers across two different fulfillment providers.

Status: No solution or workflow provided yet; the poster is seeking advice and the discussion remains open.

I am setting up a shopify store to sell my own limited edition art prints- but have run into a problem;

I was following another photographers advice, which led me to creativehub and theprintspace, which more than met all fulfilllmet needs, especially having certificates of authenticity and numbering prints.

THE PROBLEM: I am based in Australia and am expecting more than half my sales to be from here. Creativehub’s shipping costs to Aust/ NZ are insanely prohibitive. So Im wondering if i can use them for my EU/US customers and use a local printer for local customers, while somehow managing and keeping track of stick and which edition number has gone out.

eg. Print A gets ordered in australia, 1 of 20, handled locally, Print A gets ordered in EU, theprintspace handle it, and know it to be 2 of 20…?

**Very new to all this! Any help greatly appreciated!
