I am exploring can I switch with Shopify but using the same design with my current website.

I misunderstood the first time. Yes you can have the same design but I’d suggest changing to Shopify’s free theme as they are better designed to convert visitors, and will increase your load time.

Yes, it is possible to switch to Shopify keeping the same design.

First of all you have to open a Shopify store with appropriate plan. Search for a free / paid theme which looks similar to your current site and integrate in the site. If you don’t want to use a Shopify theme, then it a custom theme can be made from scratch using the current layout. But you need to hire a developer for it.
