I am having shopify account and I opened it in Europe , but sooner I will move to Moscow. Is the website will work there. Will I be able to download products sell it etc. ?

I am the owner of the web site, as the owner of web will I be able to do all the functions in Russia too. I am asking it because if the war in Ukraine Russia in under sanctions. Will it affect my work, or there is not a problem to work ? Because shopify allows you to sell up to 175 countries. I don’t mean to sell there or something. I mean to live there but to sell in Africa or Europe etc?
let mention that I was living in Europe for a long time, but because of my personal problems I have to move there and the account opened in Europe.

I would like to correct my above response.
Due to restrictions and suspensions in shipping and some banking services, we have temporarily suspended new signups in this region. We will continue to monitor events on the ground as they evolve and comply with applicable restrictions as they are announced.
Try to use Live Master (Ярмарка Мастеров) as a shopify alternative.
