Can I use Polaris for theme extension in an app block?

I want to inject an app block but use the polaris library for styling. I couldn’t find any documentation on this. How can I achieve this?

Maybe not, theme extensions ui is built by html and liquid, cannot use components of Polaris, except you write the same css as polaris does and import css file.
