Hello, does anyone know if there’s a way I can set up a pop up or header message that says “do we deliver to you” then validate the input postcode against DPD delivery areas in the UK? Or against a list of postcodes?

I am interested in this as well because i want to make a store like takeaway.com so it needs to have a postcode checker. to see if we deliver to you before you even order.
Let me know if you guys know if there is a plugin for this or a smarter way.
