The shipping label is 4 x 6.
My envelope is 4.5 x 4
Obviously, the label is too long. Can I wrap it around so that the tracking section is on the back of the envelope?
Or must all of it be visible on the front?

I’ve had a similar experience before and was told that you can wrap the shipping label around the package. An important note is to ensure that the barcode is not folded or obstructed as the post office needs to be able to scan the barcodes. I’d recommend folding along the separated section so that the package is scannable from both sides as shown in the screenshot.

Is this also true for USPS 4x6 labels printed via Shopify? Can you wrap those around an envelope? I am trying to ship stickers and do not think a soft poly package will be a good idea.
And can they be sent to Canada in an envelope

Depending on the types of products, you can absolutely use soft poly packaging as long as the product isn’t something fragile or easily broken. Stickers or decals would be variable as it depends on the size and whether or not they can withstand mild bends or creases; however, you can consider adding a cardboard insert and use a larger envelope if that helps. While the courier companies don’t recommend folding the shipping labels, I have received packages and envelopes where the shipping labels have been folded before as shown in my earlier post. Should you need to fold the shipping label(s), then you’ll want to make sure that the barcode isn’t folded or obstructed. You can also bring the package and shipping label to your local post office, and they can assist you with adhering the label as well.
