Can I make automated emails for order status using klaviyo app? If no what app can I use for that?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I’m happy to provide some guidance with setting up automated notifications, to get this resolved. Currently, order notifications (i.e shipping confirmation, shipping update, delivery, etc) are automatically sent to customers based on their status. I recommend checking out our Notifications Documentation for more information on this as well as how they can be customized.
Touching on Klaviyo, the app indicates that automation is available but would recommend contacting their support directly for confirmation. To contact the app developers, you can head to the Shopify App Store and under Support, select Get Support. I’ve also suggested a few other email marketing apps you can look into if needed:
