Can anyone advise me if it’s possible to use Klaviyo to send out order confirmation & shipping confirmation emails instead of using the default emails provided by Shopify?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! Klaviyo notifications can used as an alternative to Shopify for those on Shopify Plus. If you are not using Shopify Plus, you can use your Klaviyo template on Shopify to send notifications.
To achieve this, Klaviyo has a great Personalize and Export Shopify Notification Email documentation that touches on how to set that up. If you have any other questions regarding those steps, feel free to reach out to Klaviyo Support for further assistance!
