Recently I was banned from Shopify after using pictures from an AliBaba supplier that some other store apparently got me for. I received an email from the legal team saying that Shopify couldn’t not deem my account safe for usage. Now that I’ve tried to open a new account I am wondering if I need a new bank account or if my BSB and ACC number have been blacklisted. I don’t want to try on a new shop until this is answered as I will be IP banned. Really crumby guys but I just need an answer so I don’t waste my time with a whole new store to have all my money held and account closed.
i don’t think its possible to be IP banned, because what if someone that lives with you wants to make a Shopify store and start selling products they will be instantly banned which makes no sense.
