This morning when I check my orders and click on the inventory of each item (so I know where to pull from in my shop - the sales floor or backroom) it just displays a screen with no info. This is not the case on the desktop version. This is very confusing and time consuming for my staff that all use the app.

It sounds like a possible bug or a temporary issue with the Shopify iOS app. First, try force-closing and reopening the app or reinstalling it to see if that resolves the issue. If the problem persists, check the App Store for updates, as Shopify may have already released a fix. Since the desktop version works fine, you can use it as a temporary workaround. I also recommend reporting this issue to Shopify Support so they can investigate. In the meantime, you might consider using Shopify’s mobile web version through your browser for checking inventory
There has been another update and the problem still persists. It is affecting everyone on our staff the same way so it is clearly a bug. Using the desktop version is not really acceptable while various members of staff and moving around pulling orders. I tried to contact support chat and it just told me to reinstall the app (does not help) and then told me I should send a request to the support chat (the thing I was already doing).
