I can not access my store when I try to log in as an administrator. I just get a blank page. I can not access my store as a customer. When I click on the Url I get an error message I can not figure out how to get in contact with customer support so I made this post. I sent an email which didn’t go through and I can not find the help chat. I get a bunch of articles but no option to talk to a person. Please help me. At the very minimum I need to be able to get into my shopify administration so I can cancel my account and get out of this nightmare. If I can receive help with everything else like actually making my store visible to customers then I might stay. But right now I am being scammed. I am paying for something that nobody has access to.

If you are unable to successfully login to your Shopify store due to receiving a “blank page” - I would suggest attempting to clear the cache from your browser and try the action again. If the issue persists, you can try to use a separate browser to see if that does the trick. For example, if you are using Safari, try this action on Google Chrome.
If the above does not work - you will need to reach out to our live support to get further assistance. With that being said, you can get in touch with our live support by navigating to the Help Center. Once you arrive at the Help Center, you will need to make the virtual assistant be aware that you would like to Speak with support.
