Could anyone help me out because the support is not really good. I had to verify my adress for shopify payments but it did not work, so I texted the support.
I received this email a few weeks later:
due to regulatory changes in your country, we require you to provide additional information about your business to continue using Shopify Payments.
Required steps:
Log in to your Shopify Admin
Click on the banner(s) to access the Shopify Payments information request form(s).
Complete the form(s) before September 30, 2022.
I can not find the banner. Can someone please help me out? I have been searching for hours.
The banner to upload documents and update Shopify Payments information would normally appear at the top of your Shopify admin’s homepage. It will look similar to the one below:
If you don’t see a banner on your admin’s homepage however, you’ll need to reach out to our internal support team so that we can investigate this matter further. We can’t do this via the Community Forums at this stage as we aren’t able to authenticate users against the correct store in a public forum. So if you’re already in touch with our team via email, you can reply to the email and let them know that you don’t see the banner on your end. It would be a great help if you also send them a screenshot of what you’re seeing on your Shopify admin’s homepage, just to better help our team investigate the situation.
Alternatively, you can also choose to either chat or request a callback from our live support team, if preferred. You can do so by logging in to your store via our help centre here. Once logged in, select a topic that best fits your query or situation. From there, you’ll be taken to a page with a list of relevant support articles, and you can scroll to the bottom of that page to select your preferred contact method with our team.
Just a note that the availability of a callback is dependent on our current contact volume. So if you don’t see this option you can either wait and try again later, or select the live chat option to start speaking with one of our live support team members.
