I hired 3 Web Developers to solve this problem and nobody was able to, Shopify chat support is a comedy room, so I hope to get a useful reply in this forum.
I want a credit card form that looks like attached screenshot:
And I want it to be powered by PayPal. By that I mean that when someone enters their credit card numbers in those fields (see above screenshot), the card payment will be processed by PayPal. I am starting from the assumption that what I am asking is possible. If it’s not possible, please let me know.
I am using a free theme on my website, called “Taste”.
I have a PayPal business account, I have enabled guest checkout, activated PayPal express and according to PayPal all should work fine, but it’s not.
The web developers who looked into this gave me mixed replies:

This is possible, it works usually but somehow it doesn’t work on your shop, I don’t know why.

With PayPal you can have a “Pay with debit card button” at most in your shopping Cart, but not the credit card form that you refer to in the screenshot.
Could someone clarify if what I want is possible, and if yes, what could be the culprit of the credit card fields not showing up?
All 3 developers agreed that you cannot edit the “Checkout” page.
