Can Shopify be used for Airbnb-like websites and ticket selling?

Is it not possible/hard to use shopify for

  1. airbnb like website {bookable inventory}
  2. ketto.org {fundraising inventory}
  3. sparefoot .com like multi vendor bookable inventory
  4. Theater ticket selling inventory

Is it possible now, or will it be possible in the future?
