Can Shopify personalize upsell/cross-sell emails based on past purchases?

Hi Team,

Can I know if we can do personalized Upsell/Cross-Sell Emails Through Shopify itself?

We currently use Mailerlite for our email marketing,

But I could not find a solution for personalization based on past purchases.

I don’t believe that Shopify itself will let you do personalized upsell/cross-sell emails. It seems that most people use apps like https://apps.shopify.com/reconvert-upsell-cross-sell at the moment.
