With Shopify Plus, if you have different stores in different currencies (USD/CAD) do you receive funds only in your primary currency or can you have the stores/currencies each go to your US bank account and CA bank account?

To provide some context, the payout currency is dependent on where the shop is located. I recommend checking out our Selling and Getting Paid in Different Currencies documentation for more information on receiving payouts.
As you’re looking to have two separate shops (i.e one in USD and one in CAD), you can certainly set them up to receive payouts accordingly. As long as the bank account is located in the same country as the shop, you can successfully achieve this. For example, if your store is located in Canada but you want to be paid in USD, then you need a USD account that is based in Canada.
