Can Shopify retrieve payouts sent to incorrect bank details?

I have changed my bank details over and think I have inputted them wrong. The payouts have been sent but no money has reached my account. Does anyone know if shopify can retrieve this money if it’s gone to another account. I’ve been waiting for someone to contact me from shopify for 4 hours

I have contacted them at 7am this morning and have waited 7 hours now for them to get back to me. I can’t believe there is not a phone number to call.
