I understand that you are looking to connect to the Facebook and Instagram App by Meta. However, there are specific requirements that must be met in order to use this channel. If your store isn’t eligible, then the channel appears as Unavailable in your Shopify admin. Click You can’t add this channel to see why your store isn’t eligible.
In your case, Facebook requires that you are located in one of the supported markets to use their services. You can check out this resource on the Supported Markets for Commerce Surfaces on Facebook and this list of the Supported Markets for Instagram Shopping. I’m sorry to point out to you that If Facebook and Instagram Shops are not supported in Hong Kong, connecting your Shopify store to these platforms won’t enable you to use their shop features in that location.
This is because Shopify’s integration capabilities are subject to the regional policies of Facebook and Instagram, and it cannot bypass geographic restrictions set by these platforms.
