Can Shopify trust and safety team disable my account despite corrections?

I am now regretting adding my services to this platform! I was contacted by shopify trust & safety team pretty much telling me I had trademark products without proper certifications. I immediately deleted all the listed products to avoid any chaos…but was it ever avoidable? It gave me 2 days to fix the issue so I felt since I handled it on the day of the email they would have ample time to review it and I would return to normal. Boy was I so WRONG after sending them literally no exaggeration 14 emails I get a email 2 days later saying my account was disabled for not following shopify terms of service (trademark) and I was then threatened and given 7 days to collect all data etc. and after the 7 day mark my account would be closed. The email said if I had made corrections like the 1st email advised me I should email the recent email from shopify stating so. I was so happy. Yay, they will now respond and review my small page with barely any products on it, which shouldn’t take 5 days…Throughout this duration of time I have contacted Live chat support and they are literally useless they will keep saying email them, wait for a response, they will note the trust & support team of my attempt of contact, they’ll will have them contact me, and they so understand my frustration. To be honest they didn’t and couldn’t…if you get a threatening email 1st and you do what it says and they disable your account after all what makes me think they won’t delete my account and go on by their day AGAIN? No one can stop them or communicate with them because apparently no one can do anything but “Understand your frustration,” (barely). I’ve sent them 81 emails (actual number) & they have yet to respond to one and I feel like they won’t. They don’t care and I honestly think they had made up their mind from the 1st email.
