Thanks for posting to the community forums! Have you expressed to the Shopify Expert your feelings on their work? Generally experts are happy to make revisions if you feel their work is not satisfactory. If you do discuss this with the expert and find that you are not getting anywhere, you can absolutely reach out to our support team to review the situation.
With that being said, I had a look at your site and there are only a few suggestions I have. The first being your image quality. Currently your logo and product photography is populating very pixelated. I recommend uploading higher quality images.
Next, it looks like you have not added product descriptions. This is extremely important to add before you launch. When creating your product descriptions, you want to romance your customer into purchasing the item. Make the visitor think they absolutely can’t live without this product! For inspiration, check out our guide here.
Lastly, I noticed some of these products are trademarked items, such as the Glossier cleanser. Are you a licensed reseller? This is important as Shopify has a strict policy surrounding reselling branded products.
In the meantime, I would love to hear more about your marketing strategy. Once you launch, how do you plan on reaching your target audience?
