I’ve been trying for months to close my RBCoMsulting.com@gmail.com account and somehow I can’t. I need this account closed as soon as possible as it is been nothing but a thorn in my side.
There is n store associated with it so there is no need in trying to “save my business” as there is no business to be saved.
Please confirm you are able to delete this account and remove this email address from your mailing lists

I have other accounts on Shopify, each with their own store.

I would also like to talk with someone about the 4 months worth ot fees I
was charged to. this account when it shouldn’t have been open.

Thank you for the confirmation. In this case, it will be best to reach out here to our Shopify Support Advisors - you’ll be able to login even for your deactivated store. Our support advisors will be able to check the back end as to why you were charged these fees if your store has indeed been fully closed down!
You would only be charged if you haven’t closed down the store from within the Shopify Admin. However, our team will be able to look into that on their end as we cannot access it here through the community forums.
