It’s PageFly - Best Page Builder App here and I’d like to share some of my initial thoughts when first browsing through your online store. I hope that my recommendations based on 6 years of providing solutions for more than 100.000 merchants can be beneficial to you in improving your store performance.

I have just taken a quick look at your website and I picked up some plus points are:

  • Hero banner is high-quality with CTA which is a well-structured navigator for your visitors. It also shows exactly what you are selling
  • Have feature products and collections classified clearly
  • Style the Primary “Add to Cart” Button to Be Unique and Prominent that isn’t reused with other buttons and clearly distinguish it as the page’s primary button.
  • Great and profession look with fast loading speed in overall.

Besides these things, I have some comments and suggestions for your Homepage for a better chance of gaining sales, hope this help!

  • Make a sticky header

A sticky header allows customers to quickly access the navigation, search, and utility-navigation elements whenever they scroll up or down on the page. It is also the fastest and the most useful way to access the necessary information for the customers when they reach your website.

  • Center the announcement bar

Basically, the announcement bar will announce the information about discounts/ shipping or any promotion campaign of a store. Make it centered can easily draw visitors’ attention.

  • Add a countdown timer

I see that you are running a sale promotion for some products. You can consider adding a Countdown Timer. Show a timer rolling backwards which communicates how much time remains before a given action should be taken. It’s probably good practice that the shown urgency is authentic and not just made up.

You can take a look at the below example:

  • Testimonials

When you go live and have sale, you can add Testimonials. Customer reviews are proof of your product quality. This section will help you build customers’ trust. You can show rating stars for each product or you can add customer reviews with both texts and photos to increase the legislation, like this:

  • Provide ‘Lifestyle’ Images for Relevant Products

Users need images to inspire them and get them excited about a product or risk missing out on interesting product features. Therefore, provide at least one “Lifestyle” image when it’s relevant to the site or product context. For your pages, you can do the real “on neck”, “on ears”, “on hands” mockups, which supports customers imagine the real size of your product as well as increase your product credibility:

  • Include both User rating average and number of ratings

Many users rely on ratings and reviews to select products and displaying them right on each product at the first place can quickly build your credibility.

Congratulations on all the hard work you’ve put into your store! It has really paid off.

That said, there are a couple of things I’ve noticed that I’d like to give feedback on. First of all, your About Us page:

It’s clear that you have taken a template from somewhere to use on this page and, while that is perfectly fine, you need to be sure to replace any placeholders with real information.

How many online retail stores do you have? And if someone is reading this page, the likelihood is that they’re already on your store so I don’t know if there’s any point in suggesting that people “stop into the store today”.

If you do have a physical store, you will want to include a map or street address on your contact page so that people know where to find you.

I suppose the one question I’d have is: what is your content strategy? Content marketing is the be-all-and-end-all of online business, so it helps to know who you’re targeting, know what your brand message is, and know how you’re saying it.

I’d love to hear more about how you plan on connecting with your customers!

Hello, I have had a look at your store and here are a few suggestions on how it could be improved.

  1. Make use of a sticky header. This would help make it easy for your customers to navigate through your store and improves their overall experience while in your store.

  2. There should be a FAQ page. This would help provide answers to questions that customers would most likely have about your store. It is also a good way to showcase knowledge about your products.

  3. It would be great to start showing customers what others are doing in your store. This would help motivate them to make actions of their own in the store which would most likely lead to an increase in sales.
