Are you able to double check that the correct password, for the correct account, is being inputted?
You can also try to close your store via incognito or private windows to rule out any browser issues, just in case this is something that’s affecting the store closure page.
If you’ve ensured that you’re entering the correct password for your Shopify store, you can get in touch with our live support team so that we can take a look at your account from our end and provide next best steps. We aren’t able to do this via the Community Forums, so you’ll need to contact our team via our help centre here. Once you’ve logged in to your store on our help centre (or selected the Continue without logging in option), you can type in your question or the topic you need help with. After that, you should see the Get Support heading at the very bottom of the page, and you can click Continue to start a support request. From there, our support team can assist with your query further.
Out of curiosity, is there a particular reason that you’re looking to deactivate your Shopify store?

As passwords are case-sensitive, are you able to double check that the one you’re typing in is correct?

hey im having the same issue. i cant deactivate my shopify store. It keeps saying my password is incorrect. is there anyway i can view my password and deactivate it.

There isn’t a way to view the current password on your store, however our Live Support team can help look into your account and provide the next best steps to fully close your store.
Please login to your store on our help centre here, and select the topic that best fits your situation. From there, you’ll be taken to a page with a list of relevant support articles, and you can scroll to the bottom of that page to select your preferred contact method with our team.
