Can’t delete Shopify Flow-created redirects

I originally posted this over on the Shopify Discussions board, but just noticed there’s a Flow-specific section:

I have a Shopify Flow that creates a URL redirect for a product. The Flow is working, but after I tested it, I wanted to delete the redirect created with the Flow, but it’s not listed in my redirects.

The original product was https://repurposedonline.com/products/sailcloth-medium-tote-bag-0005

It was set to redirect to https://repurposedonline.com/products/sailcloth-medium-tote-bag-made-to-order

Now I want it to go to the original URL again, but since the redirect doesn’t appear in my URL Redirects list, there’s nothing for me to delete, thus no way for me to kill the redirect.

It’s now been more than 12 hours. The redirect hasn’t shown up on my list and it’s still active.Any ideas?

It just occurred to me that I should try creating a redirect manually, so I redirected that same URL to a third URL. It is still following the Flow-created redirect.

And I just tried another browser with a clean history, and neither redirect works.

WTF?
