Can´t enter cutomized theme, all is grey no button to push

Hi.

I have used Shopify for 10 years, but this morning i have encountered a problem i have never seen before. My customization for theme where i can change frontpage banner, text, etc. Is all grey. I can´t push any buttons and i can not access anything.

Any suggestions what i should do?

Have you been able to customize your theme since this post, or are you still seeing greyed out options?

If you’re still unable to customize your theme or if this happens again in the future, try these troubleshooting steps:

  • test another browser or device if possible to see if the issue persists
  • clear your browser’s cache and cookies
  • restart the browser and/or device

Hello.

No i still have the problem, no idea what to do. Tried restarting the computer, browser, delete cache and different browsers. Same problem.

I haven’t been able to replicate the issue in my test store, and I haven’t seen any other reports like this so far. It may also be helpful to try an incognito/private browsing window. If that works, it may indicate that a browser extension is interfering with the way the admin page loads.
