Every time I try and purchase from my own store it won’t allow me too and says that it can’t find any shipping rates for my address (UK)
I’ve done this - when I deleted a shipping app I used.
You need to check in the back end and update your shipping rates from you locations.
Hi, @JerrysGymAcc .
Thanks for sharing your screenshot. I went through some troubleshooting steps in regards to a similar shipping rate issue in this Forum post. You can go through the steps I listed in that post to see if that will resolve your issue.
You can also double check your products on cart and make sure that they’ve been marked as a physical product within the product page on your store’s admin, so that they’re eligible for shipping. Check out the Shipping section of this help guide for more information on this.
Another aspect of your store that you can check is your Markets settings. On your Shopify admin, you can navigate to Settings > Markets to check if all the regions you’re looking to sell to are active. If a region you wish to sell to isn’t currently active, you can activate the market by following the instructions in this guide.
After you’ve made the necessary changes, you can test your store’s checkout once more to see if you’re able to see any shipping rates appear. Remember that you can also fully test your checkout by putting your payment provider on test mode, to make sure that the checkout process is operating smoothly and as intended. We have instructions here that you can check, if you need guidance on how to place a test order on your store. If you’re using Shopify Payments, follow the instructions listed here instead.
Let me know how this goes.
