I can imagine how frustrating this must be! I recommend reaching out to Shopify Support via their email or phone support options, as they can help you reset or disable the two-step authentication. Make sure to explain the issue with the authenticator app, and they should be able to walk you through the next steps.

Thank you for your message. Unfortunately I don’t get those options. The chat bot keeps sending me the same links. I tried to contact Shopify via Instagram but they don’t reply. I can provide every information. Payments, website link and email. But I can’t reach any human support. Do you have a solution for this.
