Can`t re-install my app after remove an app from my dev store

when i uninstall my shopify app from my dev-store and then , i cant re-install it by the way, i didnt deploy my app on heroku or fly.io , i deploy it on myself web server, next show is my app configuration：
App name : Engagelab_Email_test;
App URL : https://shopify-test.engagelab.zone;
Allowed redirection URL(s):
https://shopify-test.engagelab.zone/auth/callback;
https://shopify-test.engagelab.zone/auth/shopify/callback;
https://shopify-test.engagelab.zone/api/auth/callback;

when i re-install my app, the page always show : 'You don`t have this app installed ',
