Can’t use menu navigation on flex theme when overlayed on image.

Hello, I am using the flex theme on Shopify and have overlayed my logo and menu onto the main image on my home page. The issue is I cannot click on the menu, contact us, about us pages. Only once I scroll down can I click on the sticky header nav button to access menu. How can I fix this?
