I have been waiting over a week and a half for Shopify to verify my business information. It tried to auto verify with the IRS and that didn’t work so now I’m waiting on Shopify to verify. I check on it every couple of days and I’m just told I need to wait a few more days each time. I’m really growing tired of this and need to get verified so I can operate my store. They refuse to send me to a supervisor or give me any sort of information as to what’s going on, just tell me to keep waiting. How can I get through to a supervisor who can get this resolved quickly?
