Is there a way team members can receive Shopify emails that only the owner receives? I’m trying to find a way so he doesn’t have to forward emails to everyone.

It really depends on what kind of email you are referring to.
By default store, the owner can automatically forward New Order notification emails to other staff members.
Go to Setting > Notificaiton > Staff Order Notifications > Add Recipient.
The types of emails would be chargeback notices he gets that he needs to pass on to the proper departments. Would that work for this type of notices or just order notices? We can see the orders already in the platform under orders.
If the owner’s emails are hosted at a 3rd party platform there is likely a way to create a forwarding rule so that emails with a certain email title “Chargeback notice…” AND from a certain email address, “@shopify.com” get automatically forwarded to a specific staff email address.
Here’s an example, if emails are managed via Outlook.

The same logic applies to emails managed via Gmail, Webmail, etc.
