Hi everyone, Is there a way team members can receive Shopify emails that only the owner receives? I’m trying to find a way so he doesn’t have to forward emails to everyone. Thank you, Margie Reynolds

It really depends on what kind of email you are referring to. By default store, the owner can automatically forward New Order notification emails to other staff members. Go to Setting > Notificaiton > Staff Order Notifications > Add Recipient.

The types of emails would be chargeback notices he gets that he needs to pass on to the proper departments. Would that work for this type of notices or just order notices? We can see the orders already in the platform under orders.
