What do you mean by “link”? Do you mean navigation(subdomains,menus,etc)?
Or do you mean synchronizing things like inventory and orders.
If it’s cross platform, or a proprietary|custom solution, then you most likely need a custom shopify-app, or app/service capable of being an intermediary between the two platforms.

I do currently have a Shopify store that has multiple products however now I’m looking to migrate my other site that caters to a specific product to Shopify. Perhaps have two platforms and have “navigation buttons” on each to go from one to the next. THANK YOU
