Hello,
I have recently lost access to my facebook business page and it was only managed by me, I currently have no access to the page or the commerce manager. I created another page and tried to connect it but I am unable to do so as I am getting the following message: " Instagram account is associated with a commerce account and cannot be moved. Please disable the commerce account first before trying again". Since I do not have access to my commerce account I am stuck.
I want to know if unistalling Facebook and instagram from shopify will solve the issue, and if it does, will I be able to install it again and link the new facebook page?
