Can upgrading to the $79/month plan enable more variants with Synclogic?

I am currently using the basic plan and have hit my limit of variants with Synclogic. If I upgrade to the $79/month plan, will that allow me to have more variants through Sync?

@recklessgrace

Welcome to Shopify Community,
What type of variants you want to sync?

Let me know so that i can suggest you better.
Thank you.

I offer a variety of products including apparel, tumblers, jewelry, etc from different vendors via synclogic.

This is the message that I get: Your store has over 50,000 variants. Due to limitations that Shopify enforces, SyncLogic will be severely limited in creating new products on your store.

In order to restore our ability to correctly create products on your store you will need to reduce the number of variants on your store. To do so, you can either delete products off of your store that aren’t synced or you can remove connections with high variant counts. If you remove connections in SyncLogic to reduce your variant count, make sure that when prompted you choose to “Delete Product”. If this option is not selected you will not effectively reduce your number of variants.

I am constantly adding inventory so I need to know if I upgrade to the $79/month plan if this limitation will be lifted or if I will still have the same issue.

@recklessgrace

I think issues will be removed,

Hi @recklessgrace ,

Once your store reached 50,000 variants, Shopify will limit the number of variants that you can add to 1,000 variants per day. And this limitation is applied to all stores that are using pricing plan lower than Shopify Plus plan. So, in order to lift the limitation, you will need to upgrade your Shopify plan to Shopify Plus - which costs you about $2000/month. You can check details of Shopify Plus pricing in here.

Hope this helps!

Hit here, @recklessgrace .

The advanced plan has no advantage over the basic plan in terms of variants. You can create up to 100 variants for a product. Each product can have up to 3 options. The options can be different from product to product. For example, one product can use size, color, and style, and another product can use weight, finish, and material. The variant and option limits can only be increased by using a third-party app from the Shopify App Store.

If you need to sell a product that has more than 100 variants or 3 options, then you might be able to customize your theme code to extract line item properties so that you can get custom requirements from your customers.

Can you tell me more about what exactly it is you’re hoping to do? As this may help me to maybe finding a work around that works for you.

i dont understand which type of varient you want to sync?
Can you please more elaborate so I can help you in a better way.
