Can someone please advise if this option is available or any advice or direction on how to do it.

It sounds like you’re trying to create a pre-order for your product. Currently shopify does not support this feature. However, you can look for an expert to assist you with theme development. You can also search for themes that have this feature built-in on the theme store.
