Can we add a new Category or Amend Category on Add Product Page

Hi,

On the Add Product Page there are some categories like Animals & Pet Suppliers, Arts & Entertainment etc.

Is it possible to add a new Category Item to this dropdown or amend any Category on this add Product page?
