I am running a local store on plants, and most of my payments are done through online transactions after discussion on whatsapp, is there any way to integrate local payments system in shopify.

When you refer to local payment methods here, are you talking about the specific payment methods offered via Shopify Payments (such as Klarna or Sofort for eg) known as local payments or some other method local to where you are?
If you’re talking about another option available in your region, could you share as much info as possible on what that method is and how payments are processed using that method?
It may be possible for you to set this up as a manual payment method in your admin, depending on how you take payments from your customers and confirm that those funds have been received by you.
Are you newly selling plants online, or have you been in business for a while already?
