Has there been any update regarding local delivery order editing? It’s something we really need to add as our customers regularly change there mind after an order has been placed and it’s a nightmare to have to cancel an order just because we can’t simply edit it. Could we get a ETA for this to be added? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for posting about not being able to edit orders that were selected for local delivery. I appreciate the frustration surrounding having to cancel orders, and make new ones if a customer simply changes their mind.

Any update on editing local deliveries? Seems like any company that delivers products would need to have the ability to change, add or delete items from an order? With the supply chain issues backorders are a common issue on my of my orders
This issue is extremely problematic. In addition to editing the contents of an order it’s important to be able to change the order from local delivery to store pickup or to shipping if need be. Customers often contact us to change the shipping method of their order and to not be able to fulfill their request without first cancelling and refunding their initial order and having them place a new one is TERRIBLE customer service.
