Can we let customers choose product quantity on our package-free website?

Hi everyone,

We are trying to create a new website for a package free shop. And we would like to let our customers decide themselves the quantity of products they want to buy. We would like to know if we could remove the “options values” and just have a blank cell? Thanks in advance
